She’ll also point out he’s not the only game in town. She’ll hold a list of attorneys and Michael will grab it from her. He’ll say every viable lawyer on the list has already been hired by Victor.

Phyllis will accuse Michael of stabbing her in the back and she’ll storm over to the bar. Michael will follow and say he doesn’t want her to go to prison. “The worst lawyer on this list is better than you,” Phyllis will tell him and leave. “This is all about you staying on the right side of Victor,” Lauren will tell her husband. “You just can’t let him go.”
At Crimson Lights, Victoria will hand Christine all the fake evidence her father fabricated against Phyllis. She’ll say she knows Cricket’s anxious to pay Phyllis back for all the damage she’s caused. But Christine will say it’s purely professional. She won’t tip the scales one way or another.

Meanwhile, Victor will ask how Nick’s health is doing. “I really messed up,” he’ll reply. His father will ask him how he allowed Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) to make him take drugs. “I took fentanyl, willingly,” Nick will admit. “Some of it was because of Matt but most of it was on me.”

Once he got back to Genoa City he noticed the pills in his jacket pocket.
